4. Clear content rules
A serious platform says what isn't allowed and enforces it. hello.fan is for adults (18+) and has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users; sexual content is not allowed.
5. Verified creators
Look for ID verification. On hello.fan, creators who have verified their ID carry a blue Verified badge — and verification is required before any payout.
6. Payment before the call
Fans pay from a prepaid credit balance, so a creator is never chasing an unpaid invoice — and fans are only charged once both sides are connected.
7. Payouts through a real payment provider
hello.fan pays out through Stripe, to your own bank account.
