On hello.fan, 100 credits = $1, video is priced the same as voice or higher, and voice the same as chat or higher; chat can even be free. ## Your prices, plainly - My prices: video [300] · voice [200] · chat [100] credits a minute. 100 credits = $1. - Quick guide: [300] credits a minute is $[3] a minute, so a 5-minute call is $[15]. - Chat with me is [free]; video and voice are by the minute. Rates on my page. - Video is my top rate because you can show me things; voice and chat cost the same or less. - My prices are always on my page before you call. No surprises: hello.fan/yourname - You don't pay for ringing or waiting, only for the time we're both connected. - Calls are billed in 15-second steps, so a 2-minute question costs 2 minutes, not an hour. - You pay with credits: 100 credits = $1. Top up once and call whenever you like. - New to hello.fan? Your first top-up gets +20% extra credits during the launch offer. - My prices are the same for everyone, and you'll see them before you ring. ## How a call works, for first-timers - How it works: 1) open hello.fan/yourname 2) tap video, voice or chat while I'm online 3) talk. You only pay while we're connected. - All you need is a free account and some credits. Then call whenever my status says online. - Your number and e-mail stay private. Mine too. - Nothing is recorded. It's a live call, and then it's gone. - End the call whenever you want; the billing stops with it. - Camera shy? Voice and chat work too, and there are free camera filters if you want them. - Calls have live translated subtitles in 30 languages if you'd rather read in your own language. - There's a heart on my page. Tap it and you'll get an alert when I'm online. - You can call from the browser, or from the hello.fan app on Android. ## Booked sessions - Want a fixed time and price? Book a [30-minute] session on my page. It's paid when you book. - Booked sessions: [45 minutes] for [4,500] credits. Pick any open time in my hours: hello.fan/yourname - A booking means I've set the time aside just for you, with no waiting for me to come online. - You'll get a reminder before our booked session starts. - Booked sessions sit inside my working hours. Any open time on my page is yours to book. - Need longer than a quick call? Book a session instead: hello.fan/yourname - Can't catch me online? Booking is the surest way to get time with me. - I've added a [60-minute] option for [full lessons / deep dives]. ## Weekly sessions - Weekly sessions are open: same time every week, booked and paid automatically. - Book a weekly slot once and it repeats. You never need to message me for the next one. - [Tuesday 7 pm] is free for a weekly regular. hello.fan/yourname - Weekly sessions are the best way to make steady progress.
