An instant call is the paid version of "got a minute?". When a creator is online, you tap Call and choose video, voice or chat. Their phone rings, and once you're both connected you pay their per-minute price in 15-second steps. You can hang up whenever you like.

**Best for:** one question, a quick request, a hello, a few minutes of conversation practice, or simply catching someone you like while they're around.

**Watch out for:** it only works while they're online, and a long open-ended chat adds up minute by minute. If you want to know the total in advance, a booking is better.

## What is a booked session?

A booked session is a slot on the creator's calendar with a fixed length and a fixed price, both set by the creator. You choose a time inside their working hours and pay when you book, so the session is confirmed for both of you. When the time comes, you join from your bookings.

- **If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead**, your credits come back.

- **If the creator cancels or doesn't show up**, you're refunded.

**Best for:** a lesson, a review that needs preparation, a coaching session, a longer conversation, or a day and time that suits you.

## What are weekly sessions?

Weekly sessions are booked sessions that repeat: the same time, every week. You pick your times once, and each week's session is booked and paid from your credits. If your balance runs short, the series pauses until you top up, and you can stop it whenever you like; sessions that are already booked stay booked.

It's free, the creator is told that someone is waiting, and you hear back when booking opens.
