How hello.fan works
## Your phone rings like a real call

- **Install and sign in** Get hello.fan on Google Play and sign in with the same account you use on the web.
- **Go online — or let your hours do it** Switch to online, or set working hours and your status follows them. You stay reachable even when the app is closed.
- **Answer like a phone call** A fan calls and your phone rings with a full-screen incoming call. Tap Answer; billing starts only once you're both connected.
- **Never miss a fan** Get notified about gifts, one-line hellos, bookings and payouts — and reply right from the app.

## What the app does

### Rings when the app is closed
Incoming calls arrive as a full-screen call, like a normal phone call.

### Video, voice and chat
Every call type, with live translated subtitles in 30 languages.

### Your dashboard in your pocket
Earnings, bookings, working hours and your page — all in the app.

### Six languages
English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Turkish.

### Fans call from the app too
Fans find creators, add credit through Google Play and call in a tap.

### Safe and private
Your number stays private, nothing is recorded, and block and report are always one tap away.

## Questions

### Is there a hello.fan app for iPhone?
The iPhone app is on its way. Until it's out, hello.fan works fully in Safari on your iPhone, video calls included.

### Do calls ring when the app is closed?
Yes. On Android an incoming call shows up as a full-screen call and rings even when the app isn't open, as long as you're online and notifications are allowed.

### Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free to download. Creators keep 60% of what fans pay, and fans only pay for the calls they make.
